Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the final paid amount will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, payment confirmation, and any correspondence regarding the return. We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
